Regional Jobless Rate Falls Below 12% in Nov. '09, yet Recession Still Hurting many Folks

obless rates in November 2009 fell in four of Northern Indiana's five counties, with a mild rise in unemployment in St. Joseph County.

All told, the regional unemployment rate of 11.8 percent in November was down from 12.0 percent the previous month.
