WIOA Partners
WorkOne Northern Indiana is proud to collaborate with a network of dedicated WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) partners. Each organization plays a vital role in helping individuals achieve employment success through training, education, and support services. American Job Center
Providing labor exchange, resumes, and interview assistance to all job seekers and helping businesses to meet their hiring needs by referring to qualified workers.

Corvilla
Corvilla provides life-enhancing services to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while encouraging respect and dignity in the communities in which we live.

Elkhart Housing Authority
As one of the leading housing authorities in Indiana, the Housing Authority of the City of Elkhart (EHA) provides safe, desirable and affordable housing with superior services to eligible members of the Elkhart community while maintaining an atmosphere which encourages self-sufficiency.

Elkhart Adult Education
Elkhart Adult Education has a long tradition of High School Equivalency preparation, English Language acquisition, and Industry Recognized Career Certification Training programs.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services (FSSA)
Vocational Rehabilitation helps individuals with disabilities achieve employment. Vocational Rehabilitation services are offered locally in 25 Area Offices throughout Indiana and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors provide services in each county. Eligibility for Vocational Rehabilitation is not based on income or financial resources.

South Bend Housing Authority
It is the mission of the Housing Authority of South Bend (HASB) to provide safe and affordable housing assistance to individuals and families in a manner that is respectful, professional, and service-oriented.

Horizon Education Alliance (HEA)
HEA is committed to helping meet the education and training needs of all adults in Elkhart County and across northern Indiana through developing new systems of parenting support, providing education and training opportunities for adults at all levels, and connecting adults with other opportunities in the county.

Indiana Department of Corrections (HIRE)
HIRE focuses on placing clients into employment that will give them a livable wage and career path for success. The HIRE program also established a presence in IDOC juvenile facilities to help reduce juvenile recidivism.

Holy Cross College
Holy Cross College offers a Catholic liberal arts education with rigorous academics, spiritual growth, and service-based learning for the common good.

Ivy Tech Community College
At Ivy Tech we have the resources, focus, and flexibility to meet students where they are, then walk with them to where they’re going.

Whether you’re searching for a new career, finishing your high school diploma or exploring your options, Job Corps can provide you with FREE training to jump-start your future.

Jobs for Veterans Services Grant (JVSG)
Indiana is committed to providing quality employment services to Veterans at our WorkOne Centers. Veterans go to the front of the line and each office has an onsite Veteran's representative that assists with employment needs.

Migrant & Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW)
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is committed to serving migrant and seasonal farm workers who are seeking work and skill enhancements. Job-related information and assistance are available to farm workers at any WorkOne Center.

Plymouth Community Schools – Marshall County Adult Education
The Marshall County Adult Education program was started in 2023 to provide Marshall County, Indiana residents with a path to educational opportunities. We offer these classes for free to Marshall County residents

Proteus - Services to Empower Farmworkers
We provide agricultural workers and their families with affordable health care, education assistance, and job training.

South Bend Community School Corporation (SBCSC) – Adult Education
Adult Education classes are offered free of charge as part of Indiana's investment and commitment to all Hoosier adults, graduates and non-graduates alike. Adult Education prepares ALL participants to meet their individual educational, employment and career goals.

Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)
The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program assists workers who become unemployed due to the impact of foreign trade. The TAA program seeks to provide U.S. workers who are negatively impacted with the opportunity to obtain the skills, resources, and support they need to become reemployed in a high wage-high demand occupation.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families is a program that provides cash assistance and supportive services to assist families with children under age 18, helping them achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Uplink
The Uplink Claimant Self Service online filing system contains important information about your unemployment compensation rights, responsibilities, and/or benefits. It is critical that you understand the information as you file for unemployment benefits.

Vantage Aging
For over 40 years, VANTAGE Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) has connected older adults to employment by offering job training and placement to low-income adults age 55 and older.

Vincennes University
Vincennes University develops people and enhances communities through accessible, high-quality educational programs, strategic partnerships, and active engagement.

WIOA Adult and Dislocated Services
Workforce services for eligible adults are available through one of the six core programs authorized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The Adult program serves individuals and helps employers meet their workforce needs. It enables workers to obtain good jobs by providing them with job search assistance and training opportunities.

WIOA Youth
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 enacted a comprehensive youth employment program for serving eligible youth, ages 14-24, who face barriers to education, training, and employment.
