HOW TO PREPARE FOR SUCCESS
It is your job to come prepared when attending a job fair. We want everyone to have the best opportunity when meeting with the employer:
Make sure you bring a copy of your updated resume.
You should look clean, neat, and ready to work. Job Fairs are a great opportunity to talk face-to-face with the hiring managers.
They will ask why you are applying for the job. Practice a 30-second elevator pitch on why you are good for the company.
Prepare questions for recruiters besides how much the pay is and the hours. You can always go online to find great questions to ask.
