2026 Women of Impact Panel

Spend an evening with women whose work is reshaping South Bend, Elkhart, and communities across Indiana. They are founders and institution-builders, community organizers and executives, advocates and career pivoters. Some created organizations that did not exist before. Others changed the institutions they entered. Together, their stories offer a wider picture of what leadership and impact can look like, and how meaningful change gets built from very different starting points.

They are founders and institution-builders, community organizers and executives, advocates and career pivoters. Some created organizations that did not exist before. Others changed the institutions they entered. Together, their stories offer a wider picture of what leadership and impact can look like, and how meaningful change gets built from very different starting points. Momentum Community Manager Kimmi Martin Troy moderates the conversation, with time afterward to meet the panelists.
