HOW TO PREPARE FOR SUCCESS
It is your job to come prepared when attending a job fair. We want everyone to have the best opportunity when meeting with the employer:
Research the company before you arrive. Use the internet to find out what shifts, benefits, and growth they may have.

You should look clean, neat, and ready to work. Most positions at Four Winds are in the hospitality and customer service industry, which is expected.
They will ask why you are applying for the job. Practice a 30-second elevator pitch on why you are good for the company.
Prepare questions for recruiters besides how much the pay is and the hours. You can always go online to find great questions to ask.
