This 16-week program taps into Indiana's $3.8-billion deal to lease the Indiana Toll Road to a company. Just as the "Major Moves" toll-road deal will focus on building new and repairing existing roads and bridges across the state, Major Oppor- tunities centers on providing training to help young people launch careers in the construction trades.
