RFP FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH SERVICES SEEKS ORGANIZATIONS WITH INNOVATIVE, CREATIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS AND TEAMWORK ETHIC 

     Proposals will be accepted through June 30, 2010, regarding an Economic Growth Region 2 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Workforce Investment Act Title I Out-of-School Youth Programs and Services, said Partners for Work- force Solutions (PWS), issuing the RFP Jan. 22, 2010.

     As regional operator for Region 2 in Northern Indiana, PWS seeks proposals from organizations and training institutions that could use WIA funds to deliver training and other skills-building progams to out-of-school youth who meet federal income eligibility criteria.
