October 1, 2026 HireKosciusko Hiring Fair 10:00am-1:00pm at Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion
The event brings together employers from across Kosciusko County who are actively looking for talent. It is designed to give job seekers something that can be difficult to get through an online application—a chance to meet employers face-to-face, ask questions, make a personal connection, and potentially interview.

🤝 Don't miss an opportunity to talk to employers
This isn't simply a "walk around and collect brochures" job fair. Job seekers who pre-register and upload their resume can allow participating employers to review their information before the event. Employers can also use that information to arrange interview appointments. Walk-ins are welcome too.
The October 2026 employer list is available through the official event registration information.
📝 What Job Seekers Should Do Before They Arrive
I'd encourage your job seekers to:
Register ahead of time
Upload their resume
Review the employers attending
Research a few companies they're interested in
Identify specific jobs they want to ask about
Prepare a 30-second elevator pitch
Practice answering "Tell me about yourself"
Dress like they're going to an interview
Bring several copies of their resume
Be prepared to interview on the spot
Have questions ready for employers
⭐ The Biggest Thing to Tell Job Seekers
Don't wait for an employer to approach you.
Walk up, smile, introduce yourself and say something like:
"Hi, my name is ____. I'm interested in opportunities in ____. I saw that your company is hiring, and I'd love to learn more about what you have available."
Then start a conversation.
That's really what makes Hire Kosciusko different: Come with questions. Leave with connections. The event organizers specifically encourage job seekers to use the fair to create real connections with employers.
And there's a good reason to take it seriously: at previous Hire Kosciusko events, employers have conducted hundreds of first and second interviews, with job offers made on-site.
In short: Don't think of it as just a job fair. Think of it as three hours of opportunities to meet people who can potentially hire you.
