Teamwork = Success at WorkOne NI.

I would like to share a story about teamwork.

Today, a mother and her son came in to attend the Computer Basics Workshop held every other week at the WorkOne - Elkhart office.

Mom is currently a customer in the TAA program and asked her son Ty to come along to attend the workshop with her.

After the workshop, Ty inquired about CDL training and was referred to a case manager.

The Case Manager he was working with enrolled him in the Wagner Peyser Employment Program, then sent him to the training Case Manager to discuss possible funding for CDL training.

The training case manager discussed training options including business and CDL training .

This is a perfect example of the teamwork that is necessary to help everyone who comes through the WorkOne Center doors.
