BUSINESS SERVICES SATISFACTION SURVEY

orkOne seeks to understand the workforce needs of employers in north-central Indiana. Upon developing this understanding, WorkOne uses this vital infor- mation essentially to customize our efforts to provide relevant and compelling workshops to train individuals in technical- and soft-skills needed by employers throughout Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, Marshall and Saint Joseph counties.

The survey questions below will help WorkOne managers gauge the performance of members of our Business Services Team. We will use your responses to help strenghten our services to the business community, and, in turn, to elevate the quality of the 300,000-person Northern Indiana workforce.

orkOne has teamed with Bethel College to offer a seminar series dedicated to freshly minted college graduates in the dawn of launching their careers. New graduates learn fairly quickly that a job search requires a more sophisticated use of technical– and soft-skills that began growing and evolving during college; in other words, you need to take your game to a higher level to launch your career.
