Ex-Offenders Monthly Workshop in SOUTH BEND

orthern Indiana employers are most interested in individuals who have acquired the technical- and soft-skills to accomplish an open job at hand. In addition, ex-offenders have a high hurdle to surmount of honestly explaining their past behavior to a potential employer, yet there are strate- gies and tactics for an ex-offender to do so. At times, such an honest conversation can be compelling.

WorkOne's workshop leader addresses just such situations confronted by ex-offenders when they seek employment. Join the discussion to find light on the horizon.
