None- theless, there are several key aspects to networking that will stay constant as you expand your contacts among people who might know about "hidden" job openings — in other words, posi- tions not yet advertised. While networking can take on many faces, interpersonal communication resides at its core. Thus, to build pro- fessional relationships, a job seeker will need to communicate well with indi- viduals who might have some knowledge of an employer's hiring practices.
