Thus, WorkOne's knowledgeable trainer can provide you with a solid introduction to using a computer. In addition, this free workshop pre- pares Hoosiers to use WorkOne's innovative e-Learning program called MindLeaders, which uses the Internet to put job-skills training courses at your fingertips. In e-Learning, each person progresses through the online course at his or her own pace.

Overall, MindLeaders offers more than 735 online courses for you to work with and experience — thereby helping you acquire job skills that employers consider important when they seek qualified candidates for open jobs.
