oosiers can use WorkOne's innovative, Internet-based e-Learning program called MindLeaders to boost their job skills. MindLeaders covers many skill sets that em- ployers seek when they're looking to hire new employees, including:  writing and grammar;  time-management;  using a computer;  using computer software programs;  communication; and  soft-skills such as being on-time and working as part of a team. In This Light Moreover, Internet-based e-Learning activities can be extra beneficial because participants can improve their computer skills AND abilities to handle the subject matter at hand, such as basic workplace math or personal finance.
