ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM REIMBURSES
Employers Up To 50% for New Hire Training
WorkOne recognizes that, in many cases, the best provider of training is the company itself. To assist employers in providing this training, WorkOne has an "On-the-Job" Training Scholarship program to help offset expenses incurred by employers for training newly hired indiviudals. This program reimburses an employer up to 50 percent of the newly hired person's wages for a pre-determined training period.
