Area employers are featured in job fairs at all regional WorkOne Centers. Qualified job seekers who attend the fairs are eager to discuss your organization and current job openings. Employers can review resumes, certifications and qualifications as well as Welcome to WorkOne Job Fairhold interviews in a convenient and professional environ-

Meet with Job Seekers
You can meet personally with individuals and groups of qualified job seekers, as facilitated by WorkOne’s Career Links. This powerful networking tool allows your representatives to meet with groups of job seekers to discuss your company and employment opportunities.

Your Business Services Representative would be pleased to chat with you about how to make WorkOne’s job fairs and Career Links part of your recruiting efforts.

Conduct Your Own Job Fair
A new or expanding employer seeking to rapidly develop a workforce can attract qualified applicants via a job fair specific to your business. WorkOne can assist in organizing and promoting your job fair, including hosting the event and developing the program.  Moreover, we can help advertise the fair to registered job seekers and the public.

Population- or Industry-Specific Career Events
Each year, WorkOne hosts events that address specific kinds of job seekers or particular employer goals, such as Business people attending job fair.increasing workforce diversity. This may include attracting people over age 55, youth, or recent college graduates.  We participate in special events specific to an industry, such as advanced manufacturing or healthcare, to target a specific group of qualified job seekers. If you are among those employers particularly interested in these populations, you likely will find such events useful in assessing the workforce and meeting job candidates.

One of our most popular events is an annual Employment Fair cosponsored by WorkOne, U.S. Senator Evan Bayh, the Northern Indiana Workforce Board and Indiana University South Bend. During a recent fair, more than 1,200 job seekers attended the event that drew participation from more than 50 employers.

Moreover, we can assist in creating an event around your specific business.  Contact your Business Services Representative.
