Adhering To Deadlines and Requirements for the 21st Century Scholars Effort is Crucial to Staying in the Program

tudents eligAn advanced-math student.ible for the Twenty-first Century Scholarship Program must complete a program application by June 30th of the student's 7th or 8th grade year.  Request an application from:

 School Guidance Office—The school guidance office where the student is enrolled; or

 Regional Support Office—The North Central Indiana Twenty-first Century Scholars Regional Support Program at 888-603-5981.

To remain eligible for their scholarships, Twenty-first Century Scholars must fulfill their Scholar Pledge and complete the following requirements by the designated deadlines:

 Exit Interview—Attend a Senior Scholar/Parent Exit Interview between October 1st and March 1st of their senior year in high school;

 Affirmation Form—Complete and submit a Twenty-first Century Scholars Affirmation Form by March 10th of their senior year in high school.  The form will be given to the Scholar at the Senior Scholar/Parent Exit Interview;

 College Application—Apply for admission to a participating Indiana college, university or technical school by the deadline date for each school;

 FAFSA—Complete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by the March 10th deadline of their senior year in high school, and by March 10th for each year they plan to attend college; and

 Full-Time Enrollment—Enroll as a full-time college student at a participating Indiana college, university or technical school and maintain Indiana residency.
