To remain eligible for their scholarships, Twenty-first Century Scholars must fulfill their Scholar Pledge and complete the following requirements by the designated deadlines:
Exit InterviewAttend a Senior Scholar/Parent Exit Interview between October 1st and March 1st of their senior year in high school; Affirmation FormComplete and submit a Twenty-first Century Scholars Affirmation Form by March 10th of their senior year in high school. The form will be given to the Scholar at the Senior Scholar/Parent Exit Interview; College ApplicationApply for admission to a participating Indiana college, university or technical school by the deadline date for each school; FAFSAComplete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by the March 10th deadline of their senior year in high school, and by March 10th for each year they plan to attend college; and Full-Time EnrollmentEnroll as a full-time college student at a participating Indiana college, university or technical school and maintain Indiana residency.
